The socks are bamboo rich, for a fine gauge knit that is soft, silky and kind to skin, even if you’re normally sensitive to many fibres, because bamboo is hypoallergenic and antibacterial.It’s that natural bacterial resistance that makes bamboo a crop that can be grown without planet-damaging pesticides and fertilisers, and it’s one that has less environmental impact in general, requiring less water and typically yielding ten times more per hectare than cotton.
