Vineyards are planted in either fine sandy loam soils, or higher clay-base soils that produce well-structured wines with intense fruit flavors and rich silky texture. The grapes are fermented for 10 days in stainless steel tanks and aged using French and American oak for 5 months. On the nose you’ll find juicy red berry flavours such as red currants and raspberry. Oak aging makes the flavours deeper and more complex with underlying peppery notes. Expect milk chocolate, sweet baking spices, and a sweet round finish. Pair it with a juicy beef burger, pork ribs, halloumi and roasted vegetables skewers.
