Located just 15 miles from the Pacific Coast, the winery embraces regenerative farming practices, maintaining 65% of their land as natural habitat, which includes redwood forests and salmon-spawning creeks. Crafted by winemaker Jeff Stewart, this wine is a blend of subregions within the Russian River Valley. It offers aromas of black cherry, blueberry and allspice, with flavours of wild raspberry, dark berries and a touch of earthy minerality. Aged in French oak for nine and half months, it has a smooth texture and balanced acidity, making it a perfect match for dishes like grilled pork chops, duck breast or lamb burgers.
