Not only does it go through a meticulous winemaking process, but selected portions also go through malolactic conversion and bâtonnage, before being blended together and aged in French oak for 10 to 12 months. Expect a harmonious balance of citrus, honey, and juicy peach, followed by rich flavours of roasted marshmallow, butterscotch and crème brûlée. Pair it with roasted chicken, grilled seafood and fresh salads.
