The Wairau region where he crafts his wines is known by the Māori as ‘kei puta te wairau’ – the place with the hole in the cloud – which refers to the outstanding protection provided by the hilly landscape. This Sauvignon Blanc has clean notes of elderflower, green mango, and lime.
