These 1.6 TOG Lite Thermal Wellington Boot Socks are calf length, with turn over cuffs to help keep the socks in place over the tops of your boots. The socks are medium thickness and mid-weight, making them comfortable in closer-fitting boot styles. Scientifically tested and TOG rated at 1.6, these socks are measured to be 4x warmer than wearing basic cotton socks. Made with Heat Holders’ advanced Japanese-designed thermal yarn, a soft yet highly efficient fibre blend, the socks are knitted to have a medium length terry loop lining. Those loops are then expertly brushed in a process that develops them into thousands of super-soft fibres, creating a cosy fleece layer that holds heat in, maximises the amount of warm air around the legs and feet.
