Alain's vineyards lie in and around Puligny-Montrachet, a prestigious appellation celebrated for its exceptional white wines, many of which demand three-figure price tags. This bottling, however, doesn't feature that renowned name on its label – and so it offers fantastic value for money. It's aged for 12 months in oak barrels at low temperatures, giving it a subtle texture while still allowing the fruity flavours to take centre stage. Expect notes of citrus and stone fruits, plus a steely minerality that'll pair beautifully with fish and seafood.
