Grapes retain their natural acidity thanks to the high altitude, so resulting wines are wonderfully aromatic and full of freshness. This is supple, fresh and juicy. Flavours of blackberry, blackcurrant and a touch of cinnamon will complement slow-cooked pulled pork.
