Producing bulk wines until 1997 when the estate was purchased by the Kautz family. That year marked the moment when its focus shifted to becoming a family winery producing unique, sustainably grown wines with a focus on the land and expression of the local terroir. This 100% Albariño is light and elegant, the grapes are harvested at night to lock in the fresh, aromatic flavours. Here’s how it tastes: Bright and fresh with notes of nectarine and cherry blossom, this wine's mineral undertones make it a wonderful pairing for cold seafood platters, prawns or chopped salads.
